HEART BREATH
Meet Heart Breath… A union formed by Gaye Amus and Javier Perez who felt it was their calling to get involved in heartbreath activities and hold the space for those who would also like to sing and experience the beauty of collective sounds and how that touches the soul. Come join them for songs that make you breathe from the heart.
Gaye Amus, founder of the social enterprise Learning In Nature Oy, is an environmental educator, author and music lover who plays percussions, enjoys singing in choirs and dancing. From 2004-2011 Gaye participated in ORFF pedagogical courses and attended Drum Circle workshops. In 2006 she earned a stipend from in Mozarteum University, Austria for a week. Following her passion to connect children and adults to nature she graduated as an environmental educator in 2013 from SYKLI (The Environmental School of Finland) with music always in her life. As part of her ever-learning in Nature journey, Gaye has also participated in music circles, and co-facilitated some of them. For more than 10 years Gaye has had international experience in running hundreds of courses and facilitating workshops for adults.

In 2025 Gaye joins her gifts with Javier, an experienced choir singer and co-founder of the vocal group Soundelicious (2008-2019). Javier has explored vocal expression through Complete Vocal Technique lessons, singing workshops, voice coaching, and participation in several contests. He has had over a hundred performances in which he always engages the audience. One of the highlights of his musical path was facilitating an improvised sing-along for more than 450 participants at a leadership event, blending music, presence, and collective energy. Known as an easy-going, approachable, and charismatic person, Javier is often praised for his calming effect, sense of humor, empathy and ability to truly listen, when he's not daydreaming.
After 11 years of friendship, Gaye and Javier decided to share their joy for music and launch a new kind of workshop called “Heartbreath singing” to sing songs together with participants in order to empty the mind and open the heart to become connected, and even heal the soul.
